GSHA Quality Services offers EI/EQ (soft skills) training separately  as a pre-apprenticeship program when preparedness to the vocational skills is not required.  Our EI/EQ  based learning  is our model for recruiting, training, and retaining workers while our goal is to improve the learner's EQ to increase loyalty, productivity, attitude, and team building behavior.

GSHA Quality Services offer a 5-day onsite Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) Certification training or a 6 week online self-paced SSGB certification program via Michigan Workforce Training and Education Collaborative (MWTEC)  Canvas platform.   Both programs are customer focused Six Sigma GB training based on the Six Sigma Academy (SSA)  5-phase project-focused  methodology called DMAIC.
